Binding Contract

Welcome to the elite maritime world of Amalia Paradise Cruise.

We are profoundly honored to orchestrate your forthcoming voyage through the pristine waters of the Indonesian archipelago. By formalizing your reservation and embarking upon our vessel, you respectfully acknowledge and accede to the binding covenants established within this document.

I. Reservations & Financial Remittances

The Booking Protocol

Reservations are graciously facilitated via our digital portal, through direct correspondence with our concierge, or via our vetted luxury travel partners. We highly encourage direct engagement with Amalia Paradise Cruise to ensure every nuance of your itinerary, dietary requirements, and suite preferences is impeccably arranged prior to embarkation.

Financial Settlements

  • ◆ To secure your sanctuary, an initial deposit of 50% of the total voyage investment is strictly required.
  • ◆ The remaining balance must be honorably settled no later than 7 days prior to your departure date.
  • ◆ We accept premium electronic transfers and verified credit facilities as dictated by our concierge.

Tariff Inclusions & Exclusions

Your investment encompasses suite accommodations, artisan gastronomy onboard, specified maritime excursions, and standard amenities.

The tariff categorically excludes:

  • ◆ Domestic or international aviation arrangements.
  • ◆ Premium bespoke beverages and fine spirits.
  • ◆ Mandatory comprehensive travel insurance.
  • ◆ Gratuities for the hospitality crew and personal onshore expenditures.

II. Modifications & Revocations

Revocations Initiated by the Guest

  • ◆Cancellations submitted 60 days or more prior to embarkation are eligible for a complete reimbursement, less administrative and banking levies.
  • ◆Cancellations submitted within 30 days of departure will incur a strict 50% revocation fee.
  • ◆Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before departure are categorically non-refundable.

Amendments by Amalia Paradise Cruise

We reserve the sovereign right to amend, postpone, or cancel itineraries due to *force majeure*, including but not limited to severe meteorological phenomena, adverse nautical conditions, harbor restrictions, or paramount safety concerns.

Should Amalia Paradise Cruise initiate a cancellation, guests shall be presented with the option to gracefully reschedule or receive a reimbursement. We bear no liability for auxiliary logistical losses, including aviation penalties or hotel accommodations, resulting from such amendments.

III. Voyage Protocols & Conduct

Physical Constitution & Health

Our expeditions are crafted for unparalleled comfort, yet they navigate untamed environments. Guests harboring medical conditions, pregnancies, or physical limitations must seek medical counsel and explicitly inform our concierge prior to confirming their reservation.

The Insurance Mandate

We unequivocally mandate that all esteemed guests secure comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuations, trip interruptions, and personal liability. The procurement of this safeguard remains the strict and sole responsibility of the voyager.

Code of Elegance

Guests are expected to exhibit the utmost decorum toward local cultures, fellow voyagers, the maritime crew, and the fragile ecosystem. Behavior deemed disruptive or hazardous by the Captain will result in immediate disembarkation without financial recourse. The Captain’s directives regarding safety are absolute and final.

IV. Sanctuaries & Natural Variables

Suite Allocations: Sanctuary assignments are strictly honored based on the confirmed tier. Exquisite meals are provided daily; however, complex dietary restrictions must be communicated weeks in advance to allow our chef to source premium alternatives.

The Elements of Nature: Immersion within the Komodo ecosystem intrinsically involves natural unpredictability. While we facilitate unparalleled wildlife encounters, sightings of free-roaming fauna (Komodo dragons, mantas, whale sharks) are governed by nature and cannot be unconditionally guaranteed.

V. Administrative Statutes

A. Limitation of Liability

Both Amalia Paradise Cruise and its proprietors shall not be held liable for injury, illness, loss, or temporal delays instigated by weather, state interventions, or third-party operators. Our utmost financial liability is strictly confined to the sum remitted for the voyage itself.

B. Stewardship of Valuables

The safeguarding of high-value personal effects remains the exclusive purview of the guest. We accept no liability for possessions lost, misplaced, or compromised by the elements during the expedition.

C. Conservation Ethos

We operate within a sacred biosphere. Guests are strictly forbidden from discarding waste into the ocean, interacting physically with the coral reefs, or disturbing the endemic wildlife. A breach of this ethos is treated with supreme severity.

D. Jurisdiction

The interpretation and enforcement of these covenants are governed exclusively under the sovereign laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Final Accord

By executing your financial remittance and stepping aboard our vessel, you formally acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and unconditionally assented to the entirety of these Terms & Conditions.
